EVALUATION

BHMC works with organizations to document the impact of programs and projects on local communities. Evaluators spend time working with staff to integrate evaluation activities into day-to-day project management and delivery. Evaluations are inclusive of staff, stakeholders and the affected community and BHMC uses a holistic approach to thoroughly examine the sustainability of implementation. Our work centers on analyzing the specific situation, and assisting in developing a design with the evaluation team that will lead to the most useful and important information and final products.
